The Licking County Clerk and its office operate under the following three divisions: The legal division, the domestic division, and the title division. The legal division handles civil, criminal, anti-stalking civil protection order and court of appeals cases. The domestic division is responsible for divorce, dissolution, child custody, paternity, civil protection order and contempt cases. The title division handles all matters related to the processing of automobile titles. Passport applications are accepted at the County Auto Title office and the following documents should be brought to the office: Birth Certificate, Previous Passport, Citizenship Papers, and two 2x2 individual photos.
