Licking County Parks are the following 10: Infirmary Mound Park , Frederick R. Reese Preserve, Lobdell Reserve, Morris Woods State Nature Preserve, Ohio Canal Greenway, Palmer Road Swamp Preserve, Riverview Preserve, T.J. Evans Recreational Trail,

Taft Reserve, and Tyler Powell Preserve. The 10 parks form part of the Licking Park District. The Licking Park District was formed in 1989 and manages approximately 1400 acres of parkland in Licking County . Since it's the 80's Licking Park District has made a continuous effort to preserve and acquire representatives of Licking County 's cultural and natural heritage. Many passive recreational opportunities for area residents are offered year round.

Infirmary Mound Park is form by 326 acres of land. It is most popular amongst families. visitors can enjoy picnics, fishing, hiking, horseback riding or a game of pick-up baseball. Frederick R. Reese Preserve is formed by 100 acres of mature woodlands. The land was acquired through a donation from the Frederick R. Reese Trust and Bank One. Today, he area contains impressive sandstone outcroppings, a variety of spring and summer wildflowers and abundant wildlife. Lobdell Reserve offers 204 acres of mature woodlands, meadows, Cliffs, streams, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, trails and corridors. Lobdell Reserve also maintains a disc golf course open to visitors during daylight hours.

Taft Reserve and the William C. Kraner Nature Center contain 425 acres with six plus miles of horseback riding and hiking trails through woodland and meadow habitats. The area is noted for its abundance of spring wildflowers, owl, deer, wild turkey and coyote. The trails follow hilly terrain and are considered moderately strenuous. The William C. Kraner Nature Center houses displays interpreting Licking County 's rich cultural and natural history. The center lso is home to a satellite park office, public meeting space and The Rookery Gift Shop.
